Join a three-hour guided studio session designed for makers, seekers, and anyone navigating grief or transition. Using scraps of fabric from beloved garments and up cycled materials, this session combines gentle prompts, simple hands-on weaving techniques, and quiet reflection to help you connect with memory, notice gratitude, and transform feeling into texture.
What to expect
Welcome and grounding: a time for brief introductions and a centering practice to connect to the deeper longings of your spirit.
Intention setting: with a guided prompt to focus your experience, you’ll be invited to journal/draw/move into making art about the many feelings that are stirring in your heart.
Exploring materials: bring your personal mementos or use the materials and tools on hand to begin making art that honors your memories..
Witness: where ever you are in your process, there is an invitation to “notice everything” from the color and texture of your piece to the inner and outer observations about your discoveries, followed by a closing ritual to honor the work created.
