This is a program designed for adults of all ages and of any (or no!) spiritual or artistic background.

Time - 10:00am - 1:00pm Pacific

Location - My home studio in the Pocket area of Sacramento is on the ground level with indoor and outdoor workshop space and abundant supplies. There will be vegan and gluten free snacks and beverages.

Sample Schedule

  • Campers ease into the day with light games, creative prompts, and a welcome circle to set the tone.

  • Guided outdoor activities and free play to stretch, move, and soak up some fresh air.

  • Campers will be responsible for brining their own lunch, but we'll provide water and some additional snacks daily.

  • Hands-on time to explore the daily theme—whether it’s art, building, storytelling, or movement.

  • We'll end the day with a closing circle before campers head home for the evening.

Where to Find Us

Shuttle transportation is available to and from camp. Participants can be picked up near the York Street Subway Station on the F subway line. Subway access to the F, G, A, C, 2, 3 and B67.
